Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten program prepares children academically and socially for a smooth transition into First Grade. It is an accelerated program with a strong focus in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
Through exploration and consistent, meaningful interaction with their teacher, children construct a deeper understanding of their world and how it exists through hands on projects and lessons.
Reading and Writing
Incorporates phonics, reading comprehension, writing skills, and daily interactive lessons on the interactive whiteboard.
Introduces students to quality literature by providing daily opportunities to read a variety of text including poetry, books and level readers. Provides opportunities to strengthen writing skills throughout the day while designing and planning projects and journaling individual thoughts.
Stem and Robotics
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) curriculum integrated into a traditional Kindergarten program.
Incorporates teaching methods that respect children’s natural learning process.
Children are challenged to problem solve and think creatively.
LEGO We Do Robotics™ are used as part of the curriculum.
